This governs use of our website. It does not govern our services.
If you buy Overwatch or are enrolled in QRF, the Client Services Agreement is your contract — you signed it, and it controls. Nothing on this page adds to it, takes away from it, or overrides it.
1.AGREEING TO THIS
By using cybervaultusa.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update this page; the effective date above changes when we do, and continuing to use the site after that is acceptance.
2.THE MOST IMPORTANT THING ON THIS PAGE
Cyber Vault USA is not an insurance company.
Overwatch and QRF are service subscriptions providing cybersecurity assistance, IT support, and identity restoration services. We do not issue insurance policies, pay claims, reimburse financial losses, or indemnify anyone against damages. No one here ever receives a payout for a loss.
Nothing on this website creates insurance coverage, and no employee, contractor, or broker of Cyber Vault USA has authority to create it.
We also cannot promise prevention. Cybersecurity is a discipline of risk reduction, not risk elimination. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. What we commit to is response — how fast a specialist engages, and how honestly they tell you where things stand.
3.THE SITE IS INFORMATION, NOT ADVICE
3.1 The content here is general information about our services. It is not legal, insurance, financial, tax, or professional security advice, and it is not tailored to your situation.
3.2 Do not act on it in an emergency. If you are being actively attacked or defrauded and you are a member, contact us through the member portal or the number in your welcome email — not through a web form. If you are in physical danger, call 911.
3.3 Service descriptions, prices, and service levels shown here are summaries. The Client Services Agreement and its Schedules are the actual terms, and they control if anything here is incomplete or out of date.
4.SHEILA AND AI ON THIS SITE
4.1 If you interact with Sheila, you are talking to an artificial intelligence system, not a person. Sheila takes in your issue, gathers details, classifies it, and routes it.
4.2 You can ask for a human at any point and we will route you to one. You never have to explain yourself to a machine to reach a person.
4.3 Do not send sensitive information through the website. Never enter a Social Security number, a payment card number, a password, or an authentication credential into a web form or a chat window — ours or anyone else’s. If we need something like that, we will ask for it through a secure channel, and we will never ask by email.
4.4 How we handle what you do send is in our Privacy Policy, including what we do and do not do with AI. We do not use your case content to train general-purpose AI models.
5.ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- use the site unlawfully, or to harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, our systems, or any account;
- scan, probe, penetration-test, stress-test, or otherwise attack the site without our prior written permission — see §6;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content, or use bots or automated tools against the site;
- upload malware, or anything designed to disrupt or damage;
- submit someone else’s personal information through a form without their permission;
- reverse-engineer or copy any part of the site or our materials; or
- misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for a business.
We may suspend or block access for any of the above, without notice.
6.SECURITY RESEARCH — TELL US, DON’T EXPLOIT
We are a security company. It would be strange not to say this.
If you believe you have found a vulnerability in this site or our services, please tell us: legal@cybervaultusa.com.
We ask that you: give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it publicly; do not access, modify, or delete anyone else’s data; do not degrade the service for others; and stay within what is necessary to demonstrate the issue.
If you do that, we will not pursue action against you for the research itself, and we will credit you if you would like us to.
7.OUR CONTENT AND MARKS
7.1 The site, its content, design, and materials are owned by Cyber Vault USA, LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws.
7.2 “Cyber Vault USA,” “Overwatch,” and “QRF” are our marks. You may not use them without written permission, including in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with you.
7.3 You may read, print, and share our pages for your own non-commercial use, with attribution and without alteration.
7.4 Brokers: what you may and may not use is governed by Broker Partner Agreement §7.1 and the Approved Broker Materials, not by this section.
8.LINKS AND THIRD PARTIES
We sometimes link to other sites and reference third-party products. We do not control them, do not endorse them by linking, and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Read their terms, not ours.
9.NO WARRANTY FOR THE SITE
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties as to the site, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or free of harmful components — and we cannot guarantee our own security either. No system is impenetrable — not the U.S. government’s, not a Fortune 500 company’s, and not ours.
This section is about the website. Our service commitments are in the Client Services Agreement, and this does not reduce them.
10.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR SITE USE
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyber Vault USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability arising from your use of the website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Read that carefully, because it is narrower than it looks. This cap applies to the website only. If you are a member, your rights under the Client Services Agreement are governed by that agreement’s own liability provisions, and nothing here limits them. A $100 cap on browsing a marketing site is ordinary. Applying it to the service you paid for would not be, and we are not doing that.
11.YOUR SUBMISSIONS
11.1 If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas through the site, we may use them without obligation or payment. Do not send us anything you consider confidential this way.
11.2 §11.1 does not apply to a member’s case information, which is confidential and governed by the Client Services Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
12.PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect through the site, how we use it, and your rights — including cookies, Global Privacy Control, and state privacy rights. It is part of these terms.
13.GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflicts of law, and the exclusive venue for any dispute about the website is the state and federal courts in Cleveland County, Oklahoma.
If you are a member, disputes about the Services are governed by the Client Services Agreement, including its dispute-resolution provisions. This section does not change that.
14.GENERAL
14.1 If a provision is unenforceable, it is narrowed to what is enforceable and the rest stands.
14.2 Not enforcing something once does not waive it.
14.3 These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement about website use.
14.4 If these terms conflict with the Client Services Agreement, the Client Services Agreement controls.
15.SMS AND TEXT MESSAGES
What we send. If you provide a mobile number and consent to text messages, Cyber Vault USA sends SMS for service, incident, security, and account purposes only — case and ticket updates, security incident notifications, appointment scheduling and confirmations, and outage or maintenance notices. Some of these messages are automated. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Consent is optional. A mobile number is optional and text consent is never required to enroll, to purchase a membership, or to receive any service. Consent is collected as a separate, unchecked election at enrollment and is recorded in Section 14.4(e) of the Client Services Agreement.
Frequency. Message frequency varies with activity on your account. There is no fixed cadence; most members receive messages only while a case is open.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply according to your plan with your mobile carrier. Cyber Vault USA does not charge for text messages.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, call 405-814-3989, or email info@cybervaultusa.com.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing after that. Opting out does not cancel your membership and does not affect contact by phone or email, but it may slow how quickly we can reach you during an incident.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
