“The threat is real. The gap between who has support and who doesn’t is even more real. We exist to close it.”// Cyber Vault USA — founding principle
Every day, individuals and small businesses face the same cyber threats that Fortune 500 companies defend against with entire security departments. The difference is resources — and we’re here to change that equation.
We built Cyber Vault USA to deliver enterprise-grade cybersecurity support through a model that’s accessible, affordable, and human. We don’t sell software. We don’t sell insurance. We deliver service.
When something goes wrong, a real specialist engages — backed by structured processes, legal referral support, and the tools to actually help.
Our Values Don’t Live on a Wall.
They show up in how we respond, how we communicate, and who we choose to serve.
Support for Everyone
Enterprise-grade security shouldn’t require an enterprise budget. We built our model specifically to serve individuals, families, and small businesses.
We Say What We Can Do
We don’t promise outcomes we can’t guarantee. We’re clear about what our services include, what they don’t, and where we refer out when a situation calls for it.
Speed Is Part of the Service
When something is wrong, every minute you wait is a minute the damage compounds. We built our priority system specifically to eliminate the gap between “something’s wrong” and “someone’s on it.”
People, Not Case Numbers
A P1 identity theft case isn’t just a high-priority case number — it’s someone’s financial life at risk. We treat every engagement with the gravity and human care it deserves.
Why We Built This
Cyber Vault USA was founded by cybersecurity professionals and business operators who kept running into the same problem: the people who needed security help the most had the fewest options.
Small business owners who couldn’t afford a managed security provider. Families with elderly parents getting hit by scams. Professionals who didn’t know who to call when something felt off. The market had enterprise solutions and consumer antivirus — and almost nothing in between.
We designed Cyber Vault USA to fill that gap deliberately. Two service tiers — Overwatch for individuals and small businesses who want proactive, premium support, and QRF for employers who want to give their workforce access to cyber and IT help — exclusively available through employer enrollment.
We’re not building a software company. We’re not an insurance company. We’re a service company that happens to use technology well. The difference matters — because when something goes wrong, you don’t want a dashboard. You want someone on the line who knows what to do.
Support That Works. People Who Care.
Explore our service tiers or reach out — we’re here to answer questions, not just close sales.
Cyber Vault USA Is Not an Insurance Company.
Our Overwatch membership and QRF program are service subscriptions providing cybersecurity assistance, IT support, and identity restoration services. We do not issue insurance policies, pay claims, reimburse financial losses, or indemnify members against damages. No insurance license is required for brokers or employers to offer QRF.
