Simple for Employers. Powerful for Employees.
QRF is designed to be as easy to offer as any other voluntary employee program — with zero technical overhead for the employer.
Employer Signs Up
Your broker partner gets your organization set up through our employer portal. Once onboarded, adding, managing, and removing employees is handled directly through the portal — with spreadsheet import available for bulk uploads.
Deductions Configured
Employees opt in through their employer and choose their tier — Employee, Employee + Spouse, or Employee + Family, where offered. The per-paycheck deduction is set by the employer based on the elected tier, payroll frequency, and any employer subsidy.
Member Portal Live
Once activated, enrolled employees can use the QRF support portal, powered by Zoho, to submit cases or reach Sheila AI at any time.
Incidents Handled
When an issue arises — identity theft, phishing, malware, or everyday tech problems we can resolve remotely — our specialists are there to assist.
Transparent. Affordable. Flexible.
Three straightforward tiers, billed to the employer — where employees contribute, it’s one simple deduction on their paycheck.

Cyber Vault USA Is Not an Insurance Company.
Our Overwatch membership and QRF program are service subscriptions providing cybersecurity assistance, IT support, and identity restoration services. We do not issue insurance policies, pay claims, reimburse financial losses, or indemnify members against damages. QRF is a reactive support service and does not include monitoring of any kind. Service levels are response commitments, not resolution guarantees. All support is delivered remotely. Cyber Vault USA does not require brokers or employers to hold an insurance license to offer QRF. Each broker and employer remains responsible for determining its own licensing and regulatory obligations.
